Allergic Diseases Unit

The Allergic Diseases Unit is responsible for developing projects and facilitating the research of infrastructure activities aimed at the aetiology, diagnosis, and treatment of paediatric allergies, which are on the rise in Türkiye.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

a) To ensure the investigation of infrastructure activities that enable new research regarding the aetiology, diagnosis, and treatment of increasing paediatric allergies in Türkiye.

b) To implement advisory decisions made by the Institute's Science Boards within the unit's scope of duty, following the approval and referral by the Head of the Institute.

c) To create, maintain, and ensure the up-to-dateness of all necessary records and documentation related to its field of activity.

d) To plan and participate in educational activities such as seminars and courses, and to conduct project management and collaborative initiatives within its field of expertise.

e) To carry out activities for the publication of guidelines, books, and other scholarly materials required in its field of activity.

f) To contribute to the Institute’s operations in alignment with its corporate vision, mission, and ethical principles.

g) To perform other duties as assigned by the Head of the Institute.
