Cooperation Meeting Held with the Pediatric Allergy, Immunology and Asthma Association (ÇAİAD)
A cooperation meeting was held within the Türkiye Maternity, Child and Adolescent Health Institute (TAÇESE) with the Pediatric Allergy, Immunology and Asthma Association (ÇAİAD) on January 14, 2026. The meeting, chaired by Prof. Dr. Şirin Güven, was attended by ÇAİAD President Prof. Dr. Arzu Bakırtaş; ÇAİAD Executive Board Members Prof. Dr. Mustafa Arga, Prof. Dr. Deniz Özçeker, and Prof. Dr. Zeynep Ülker Altınel; TAÇESE academics; and the Institute team.
The meeting considered potential areas of joint work, noting that childhood asthma is the most common chronic respiratory disease, and evaluated opportunities to develop services and products addressing this condition. Participants also exchanged views on strengthening interinstitutional cooperation.
